No they do not. The masks being distributed  through the blue flag program, or available at retail outlets are not suitable for infectious diseases. SARS CoV-2 is a virus associated with the  respiratory system. The cheap masks  to which you refer do not protect against the virus. An airtight mask with appropriate filter worn in conjunction with eye protection and personal protection garments specifically impermeable outer ware is the SOP.

The USA had nothing to do with the  Bhopal India catastrophe. Union Carbide India was managed by Indians and had a 49% ownership stake from the Indian government and Indian banks. Because of Union Carbides public ownership including  foreign interests, the  "American" ownership of the Indian company would have been a minority interest. The subsequent investigation supported the position that  human sabotage was the likely cause of the disaster, and the investigation demonstrated an Indian government cover up. The multiple  class actions against Union Carbide in plaintiff favourable jurisdictions were denied and dismissed.

 

What happened in 2008? There was the   H5N1 avian flu epidemic in Bengal India. This had nothing to do with the USA, although US funding helped create a preventative vaccine.

 

H1NI Which one? The  epidemic of  2009 in the USA was imported from Mexico. it migrated from mexico into the USA. The epicenter was Veracruz, Mexico. It was a variation of a EuroAsian virus which indicates that it had been imported into Mexico to begin with and it then combined with viruses endemic in the USA.

For your information, the Chinese generally do not eat bats. And you can get infected by bats not by eating them anyway. In 2018 in Kerala, India, 17 people died from viral encephalitis caused by the Nipah virus. Patient 0 had eaten a fruit that was partially eaten by a bat.

You being not a Chinese, obviously do not know that in Chinese culture, the bat is a symbol of good fortune.

you are talking garbage, the chinese eat anything that moves and doesnt in some cases, the wuhan wet market where this virus started sells a huge mix of wild animals of every description as has been stated even by the chinese, the chinese appetite for wild or rare animals is responsible for many animal deaths and why some animals have become extremely scarce, then  of course their is their fetish with dog meat as well.
