Hi, isthe tm18 ithink it is called that about where you live still inforce

i live in thailand with my wife and children but i work in vietnam,so no

going back to school till the 5th april now my visa runs out on the 18th

 march,but i didn't expect to be here for this long if i go to immigration

in kk will i get fined,

any help would be appreciated.

Yes that's it i'm doing a border bounce to loas tomorrow as we have been told all

schools will stay closed till 5th april in vietnam but i think it will be much longer,

so if i print the form off and my wife fills it in can i take it to immigration myself

in kk with the her blue book and my yellow book or does she need to come with

me,because she works,and is it still being enforced.

Unless you plan on doing something at a immigration office there is no need to do the report.

You could do the report instead of your wife doing it.

ubonjoe, how long do i have to register is it still 24 hours and what do i need to take,

my friend has just come back from kk immigration to do his 30 day extension and he

didn't get ask for his tm30 form.

The rule states 24 hours but most offices are flexible and will not fine you for a few days.

Maybe they are not asking for it now.

why not do a 60 day visit Thai wife extension at local immigration
