The Move Forward to be dissolved party.

Some old Chinaman once said "Political freedom comes from the barrel of a gun".  Does that work both ways?   When the oppressors have all the power and the tanks and guns can the masses who crave freedom and democracy really gain the upper hand?

Ask Gandhi.   How did India expel the British?  End of the day, its money.  The Thai elite are machiavellian at heart.  They see the current situation like an uptick.  If things deteriorate rapidly, they will embrace the new order, or flee in the middle of the night.

Maybe, maybe. It is just beginning to look like it might be all coming a bit unstuck at the seams for the Junta though. Their shear incompetence knows no bounds. Time to call on the BKK elite's favourite General? Coups are all the rage here, so they say.

It is very possible that the ones with the guns are not necessarily completely in tune with the current "self elected" government - things can change within an hour or less if and when the nod is given.

One or 2 tanks in front of the parliament, half a dozen soldiers in each TV and radio station - all over guys - leave the building and everything in and on your desk.

We will be in touch.

Wonder how long they are going to last, the Government will find

something, if not possible make something up,having opposition parties ,

is not how Thai democracy works, according to the Government.

It's obvious that there should be change and Future Forward Party were spelling out what it should be.  Unless the big guys, and those who benefit from cushy jobs and the corporations have accepted this, then the offer of change may be offered by these.  And they will think there has been too much democracy already.

Scary.

In army dominated cultures the revolution is usually comes from the younger Colonel class - they may seize their moment and see a whole lot of dead wood to get rid of. I also see the most obvious cull being the first one when the ammart wishes to save their skins. But change is a coming hopefully a bloodless one. Poor old Apirat he looks like a tortured soul.

Whilst the haircuts look good sorng -soon - soon some of those wais look really dodgy. A spell in the glasshouse should teach them the proper gesture maybe followed by a convenient blood poisoning.
