So your presumption is if China is not allowed to use wildly unfair trade practices, or use its government supported companies to commit illegal acts around the world, then, China should retaliate against others during a global pandemic and humanitarian crisis that they themselves started? 

Out of topic this just a brief reply.
 

Trump brought a wrecking ball to this trade tariffs dispute. He would have done better with a combine effort from other allies. What has happen so far is that China still has not taken any significant action but has grown more aggressive. Lots of allegations thrown at Hua Wei but lacking in formal charges. Lastly WHO have categorically stated that they still don’t know the virus origin.
