Kasikorn Bank announced that its Bang Pakong and Chachoengsao branches will be closed from March 16 to 20 in order to clean and sterilise them after two of its staff were present at a March 7 marriage ceremony attended by a Covid-19 patient.

The infected person was in Chachoengsao province, and the two employees of each branch were checked after they attended the ceremony with him.

The two have not been infected with the virus. However, the bank urged them to undergo self-quarantine at their residences until March 20.

Kasikorn has informed the Public Health Ministry and the Bank of Thailand.

Nothing like a bit of free publicity to emphasise your social rectitude.

Better get down there and open an account then...

I love Kasikorn bank! My favorite bank in the world! Simply a stellar operation! Well done!

imagine a day before you have to do your extension and YOUR bank or more than one, closes...

CW is nice, other places, they have nothing at all, not even an ATM machine
