Boarded up & Welded up apartment/condo buildings - a possibility like Wuhan?

Featured Replies

Does anyone think that it's possible for the Thai government to follow what happened in Wuhan when lockdowns start getting serious? Do you think there's a possibility they'd start boarding & welding apartment/condo buildings shut? Especially with a military government we have here?

Something  like this possible? https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/10925668/coronavirus-patients-welded-homes-china/

Ohh err Captain !!

The only way Thailand can enforce anything is at risk of immediate incarceration. Thais don't see the purpose of law as a civil and ethical rule of guidance. Law is for everyone else but them.

I think cases in Thailand will be slow to peak given the modicum of precaution and the heat. Then it will get hit hard. People have no choice but to go to hospital by public transportation. We are doomed.

Yes please

My door and door jam is made from wood, I suspect this may be a common theme throughout Thailand.

Good luck welding them shut.

I suspect the videos of welded door in China were for the show. Same with the street spraying. So to answer your question no.
