now not in thailand want transfer money from one kasikorn account to other

Now i'm not in thailand ,I have two kaisikorn bank accounts ,both have  visa debit card ,One can use  online bank one has no online bank.I want to transfer the balance from the no online bank one to the account with online bank.I have tried paypal but cannot ,paypal webpage  said cannot plugin this debit card to the account ,Is there a way to do it? please help!

If you know somebody here it might work. But you will have to give some more information.

 

   If you can use an application on your phone and a VPN, you're in Thailand.

 

   I'm using SCB and their service is outstanding.

 

Bangkok bank couldn't get this done within a year.

I called kasikorn call center . call center said  i have to open online bank service in any branch then i can login to use it . i'am  not in thailand GOD the answer useless

Maybe you are better of. sorry mate but I hooked up a KCyber link as soon as I started an account witk the bank. ages ago.

You will just have to send cash via your home bank account if that is what you need to do.

But the account I want to transfer funds out has not opened kcyber

If you haven't set up any remote access features like online banking or mobile banking, you can't expect to access your bank account remotely.
