He's just contacted me saying the Loa authorities have closed the Savannakhet boarder crossing. He's sying he can't enter Laos. Surely this is incorrect? As a Lao citizen he should be able to enter his own country? Can anyone shed any light on the present situation as I'm trying to help him out.
