Hello, I have a  Laos 'friend' who lives in Thailand. He's just contacted me saying the Loa authorities have closed the Savannakhet boarder crossing. He's sying he can't enter Laos. Surely this is incorrect? As a Lao citizen he should be able to enter his own country?  Can anyone shed any light on the present situation as I'm trying to help him out.
