rowdyone
Hi all, My current situation involves me needing to extend a 30 day visa exempt in early April. I am married to a Thai and wish to extend my stay by 60 days, then get the Non-O based on marriage visa started in this 60 day period. I have read some accounts of Nonthaburi refusing to extend stay by 60 days based on marriage in the past, and was wondering if anyone has any recent experience in this regard. Any experiences are much appreciated as I do feel some concern over this.
ubonjoe
They cannot refuse to issue one without a valid reason. Any type of entry can be extended for 60 day to visit your wife or Thai child.
