This is from the E-Mail I received today:- Dear Sir, First of all, we apologize for lately reply due yesterday is my holiday. April 10, 200719 yr Nice to read some good news. Flown with them many times and not had any problems with them.
April 11, 200719 yr Author This is great news! I was pleasantly surprised,as they could have stood by the rule book, and just said"Sorry...rules are rules". But I did have a valid Dr's certificate to back it up.
April 11, 200719 yr I always try to fly with Bangkok Airways whenever possible Just last week I was in Cambodia but had some bad luck and missed the Bangkok Airways flight back to Bangkok. First time I've ever missed a flight The Phnom Penh station manager drove me to the hotel Bangkok Airways use (think it was called the Diamond Hotel located on Monivorong) and let me stay there a night on the much reduced Bangkok Airways rate! He also collected me the next day at 8am the next day That's what I called good service!
