Public transport restrictions

Hello! We had VIP bus (999) ticket from koh Samui to Bangkok to March, 25. After hear of "state of emergency" today, we went into agency and... found, what for tomorrow all VIP buses Samui-Bangkok are cancelled. They changed our tickets for only one tomorrow's bus, "1st class". Agency had our local phone number, but not called us about route cancelled.

So, be careful if you plan to use bus between provinces in Thailand...

I would suggest that people get to where they want to be for the next few weeks just in case inter provincial travel is restricted.

I fully expect travel between provinces to be restricted in some way, why? Because to not do this would be negligent.

If about us, we have flight to home from Bangkok on March, 26 (which still not cancelled), so we must go. But now even not sure, if our bus arrives to Sai Tai Mai at 5 AM of 26th, will it possible to take a taxi to Suvarnabhumi? Or better buy flight tickets Samui-Bangkok for tomorrow and take a rest in hotel near airport? Just stops a price, cheapest - almost 5000thb per ticket for 1-hour flight (plus 2000thb for bus tickets which will lost)
