Inter-bank transfer from a KTB branch ?

Featured Replies

Hi

1- Is it possible for a KTB customer to go to his KTB branch

and ask for a money transfer to a Kasikorn Bank account ?

2- If yes, is the transfer nearly-immediate as from an ATM or Internet ?

*- Sorry if the first question seems stupid, (as I think it's possible)

but it's for an old expat now alone, who speaks very bad English,

and who is not able to use Internet or make a transfer from an ATM... ????

and I am not now in Thailand to verify myself.

Thanks

If you do on line banking you can send it anywhere to any other Thai bank account you have or anyone/anybusiness too!

Thanks, we know that, but I precisely said it was for someone

"who is not able to use Internet or make a transfer from an ATM..."

I am not a KTB customer, but I have dealt with many banks over the years. Unless KTB is different from all the others, the answer is no.

Yes on both questions

Yes.  But if doing it at a branch there may be a small service fee.
