PEA app (electricity), registered meter(s) vanished

Who uses the PEA app (Android) to pay his electricity bills?

I had registered two meters.

The system was plagued with overload last week.

Then it came back to live.

This morning I start the app (morning routine: check all bank accounts Thai and foreign, Transferwise, 3BB app and PEA).

Result: no more meter/bill displayed by PEA.

Not a big issue because I could re-register.

 

But: did this happen to any other user?

No issues on or with mine. 

 

Ours is taking a VERY long time to display our details, it's a good job the bill isn't due until the 17th.

Meter gone. Yesterday it was sill there when I paid the bill.

When ours eventually bothered working the meter was gone too.

PEA app has decided to stop again for me. On two devices is sticks at the initial screen.

 

I also can't pay the bill by SCB online banking scan to pay "cannot process this transaction, please try later".

 

EDIT Just loaded PEA Smart Plus V2.1.8 on another device and it worked, but my latest bill isn't registered yet which explains why the banking app isn't working. I guess we just have to wait.

 

EDIT 15.15 The app finally got its act together and I paid the bill via SCB internet banking. It's still not showing as "paid" yet but SCB has the transaction against my account.

Just needed two attempts to get in.

No payment due.

A mate tried to pay at one of their offices last Friday. "Can not, offline". Quite a mess.

The online browser version does not work too.
