Hi there. I'll be goin to Hatyai and would like to know if there are shops where i can rent small motorcycle like Honda wave.

I have a bike license so no problem with riding one.

Would appreciate if anyone could provide the shop names and locations.

Hat Yai would not be a popular motorbike rental destination. There used to be a couple places in downtown Songkhla that reneted bikes but I don't know if that's still the case. Those places only had a couple bikes available for rental anyway.

Yes, u will have to go to Songkhla to rent one. Quite a few of the guesthouses have 1 or 2 bikes for rent. U will have to leave your passport as security.

Try Amsterdam and Songkhla guesthouses which are next door to each other on Thanon Rong Meuang and LoBo Cafe on Thanon Platha.

As such you will not be able to find any motorbike renting companies in Haytai. But you can consult some scooter or motorbike repair centers to rent out an old motorbike. I hope you will definitely find it somewhere. Generally these shops deposit your passport as a security.
