Is surface mail to Australia available?

I have looked at the sheet from Thailand Post and its not listed.

 

Friends in the UK say that they can still send to Australia, and the Royal Mail daily international incident site reflects this:

Anyone posted anything to Australia by Surface Mail is the last few days?

There are flight disruptions and cancellations impacting all inbound and outbound items to Thailand.

Australia Post continues to work closely with partner airlines and postal operators to try to move items as quickly as possible.

 Pre Corona February had mail sent from Perth to Pattaya, registered international, it took exactly one month.
