Sounds brilliant, (in theory?!...and indeed practice from your previous experience).

Don't know how long it takes you to get to Chaeng Wattana. Took me 40 minutes yesterday from Sathorn at 11.45 am, by car. But probably you wont have to break the curfew to get there by 6.15 am!

Where is the most luxurious condo building in the Pattaya / Jomtien areas? There has been a torrent of gloom and doom predictions that based on the surprising massive crackdown on foreigners using lawyer directed nominee structures for real estate deals, that it's only logical that a crackdown on visa agents will be next. Most but not all. There was an excellent, very short one posted by a German guy as he removed the fenders of his PX Ranger. He was muttering away in German, no subtitles, holding his smartphone while doing everything one-handed, but it was excellently informative. I had both my wings off about 20 minutes later. Only 5 bolts each side. Amazing!
