Also, our projects are forecast to be on a regular basis for an indefinite time with the right programmers. ie. we will have alot of flash work for the right candidates. We are looking for full or part time flash developers who are interested & available for Flash base web programming. Both content & data driven sites...but currently, just content driven. Skills required: ----------------- Strong usage of timeline in Flash 8 & 9 with expereience doing - 360degree panaromics - Mouse icon control, wheel control, rollovers - Cursor manipulations, right-clik control & actions - Building & editing flash templates in .flv & .cs files - Flash preloading & animation creation Specific Development Skills: ----------------------------- AJAX - Asynchronize Java Script - to make client side javascript that works like serverside Shockwave Flash - for some data driven flash pages Flash & User Navigation will imply 3D space (build) - to the back of screen things will get smaller - ie away from user - to the front, things will get bigger - ie towards to user Cursor Animation - create a default cursor over flash sites Cursor Movement Control - Same movement as "move cursor to default location" in MouseControlPanel Resizing display area from 1024x768 to smaller? - would like to use full 1024x768 resolution of large monitor - minus toolbars from Browser of course - so what is the optimal flash resolution?? - but also want it to be able to shrink to smaller monitor resolutions Using scroll wheel on mouse - change default on wheel's "lines per unit" = 1 unit Detect & using browser & end viewer computer settings Please PM me if you are interested.
