April 13, 200719 yr Hi, I was wondering if there are any executive lounges at the new Bangkok airport that I can pay to use before my Bangkok airways flight to Siem Reap? The flight is only economy, no business class on it at all, so I can`t even pay to upgrade to Business class to use their lounge. I haven`t got a priority pass card either. In the UK I have paid to use the lounges at Heathrow and Manchester so I was wondering if I can do the same thing there too? I`ve got a back problem so I really want to guarantee having somewhere comfy to sit before the flight. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks, Di

Thanks, Di Hi Di No problem for you, and no expense either. Providing you show your boarding cards as you enter Bangkok Airways lounge you can relax and feast with them to your hearts content. I flew the same route in February on economy and was very impressed. SARGEY

And on the lounges at Suvaranbhumi the Thai lounges (domestic) are definately 3rd world. The international are little better with cold food, poor selection etc.

Won`t it be an international flight anyway as it`s going to Cambodia? Thanks Di

Bangkok airways have told me that you can only use it if you are a business or first class customer, despite the fact that they don`t offer either of these classes as an option on that flight. What was the legroom like on the flight too please? Thanks Di
