So if A gives the expert analysts report to P and it is of the 'upmost importance to peoples safety' why are they waiting until next Tuesday to release the report?

He is an expert in building motorway bridges etc. but in public health - NO WAY!!

We have people whose IQ and intelligence and professional qualifications is no better than  construction workers, leading the medical and healthcare policies and strategies in the country ...what a scary and sad state of affairs!
