Does anyone know if Decathlon by Tesco on Pattaya Nua is back open yet?

Was in Central yesterday.

Tops and the adjacent food area were open.

You can walk around but everything I saw shop wise on the bottom floor was closed, except Boots.

They had many of the restaurants in the mall on that floor with employees sitting at tables calling up orders to be brought down to customers.
