The meat packing plants are a perfect example: Test those who are confirmed to have been in close contact with infected people.
What’s the sense in wasting the limited test kits on people who have no symptoms? They can test negative one day and be infected the next. Do we test everyone, every day?

 

Only people who show up to a hospital with symptoms, and those who are known to have been in close contact with them, really need to be tested (this is the procedure in a lot of countries). The general population should be getting random antibody tests to determine what proportion of the population has been infected already, and who might be immune. 
Random mass testing is just creating more noise. The antibody studies have already shown us that way more people than we realized have gotten over this virus without showing any symptoms.

At this stage, even his supporters should be aware, that if Trump says it, it is not real, not true, not accurate, and probably completely made up. Total fiction. That is how he rolls. The man has the most bizarre relationship with truth, intelligence, science, and reality, most of us have ever seen in a world leader. That is just who he is. He does not have a sincere bone in his body. So, when he talks about testing, of course you have to assume the information is not going to be accurate. 

 

It is all good. We only have to tolerate this man for another 8 months. Then he will be unceremoniously ushered out of Washington, to a lifetime of utter humiliation and vastly declining fortunes. His name has been trashed, and will remain so for his remaining years.

Not sure who is unaware of your concerns.

 

But, for more that a decade scientists researched chloroquine, zinc and their role in fighting corona viruses like SARS.  Everything was basically positive until the day Trump spoke. The day after he spoke the MSM and other political forces utterly destroyed chloroquine. Scientists too are raising alarms about media interference in multiple science issues including SARS2's origin.

 

To me that is far more concerning yet many people don't even see it. So, who is more snowed? People who see both sides or people who see one side?

Actually they and other news outlets did some research and found out that many scientific studies had already disputed the effectiveness of chloroquine, something that a member of Mara Lago forgot to tell President Trump.   Sorry if the facts don't support your post
