That is correct. Ninety day reporting is not required until after July 31st.

Not so fast Joe, I'll bet you that at the end of July, they have no way to reset the windows for online reporting and all you will have is to go there, or mail it in.

What make you think that?

I am certain they will annonces dates the reports are due. They certainly will not want everybody trying to do them on the same day.

They could do them by the month they were due or 90 days from when the last report was due.
