April 18, 200719 yr I have also not heard of either. The message you should be getting from the relies is that they are not in a central location and certainly not anywhere that a falang is likely to walk past

"Sombat Condo is full of low-priced condos, particularly studios as the building itself is a bit tired, but the location is very good, the security is great and has underground parking, a rarity in the Pattaya/Jomtien area." As people rightly say......Sompang condo is WELL out in the sticks, south of the Ocean Marina HTH Penkoprod
April 18, 200719 yr Sompong condo is not Pattaya or Jomtien actually. It is about 15-20 minutes drive away. Some people may prefer that location. Anyway one plus is that Sombat condo right across the street from Liam's Art Gallery.
