Nothing unsuspected here to me, i think it is just the tip of the iceberg and the graft/corruption will go a lot deeper with the Covid scenario handouts that have supposedly been given,and to be given, iv'e seen M/c laden down with ' Free', rice and tins of fish, waiting for the hotel coupon scam next. ????

      I suggest if they have only found 52 cases in 30 provinces, they haven't been looking hard enough. You can pretty much guarantee that is has been rampant nationwide.
