Is there any Bank to prefer for a loan? I am not talking here if a foreigner can or cannot get a loan, just want to know about the conditions if the loan would be possible. Is there any Bank to prefer for a loan? SCB currently charges 4.75% on domestic home loans. But don't forget the 20 year life insurance on the borrower paid up front they all want.
