I have a triple entry tourist visa. The validity is 6 months and ends at the end of this month. So far I have used two of the three entries, extending each by 30 days, to stay here for a little under 6 months. If I use the last of the three entries right before the validity expires, will I still be issued the usual 60 days, or only the few remaining days before the visa validity expiration date?

Also, when the last entry is used up, can I get a VOA even though I have been living in Thailand the last 9 months at that point?

Sixty days; plus 30 extension if you want. Yes you should be able to obtain 30 day entry stamps as it stands today.
