I have: letter from company, company registration document, passport (obviously), passpsort photo, and copy of degree+passport. Is that all I need? Sunbelt Asia Posted June 12, 2004 Share Posted June 12, 2004 Our Legal staff include documentation of the payment of taxes by the employer of the past two years as well as VAT for the past three months if its available from a established corporation. As well as the memorandum of association. Letter from the employer should state position and salary.
