Not sure what good an invite from the labour dept is for, did not even know they issued them. Has the company started the work permit application ? Do you have a Non-B visa ? new2here Posted June 15, 2020 Share Posted June 15, 2020 If I recall, you need a form WP3 from the Labour office to qualify. You'd also need to get the relevant visa as well. However, the visa part is really just a matter of having the right paperwork .. the hard part for most, is getting the WP3 - which your prospective employer in Thailand would have to secure on your behalf then forward to you.
