stevehaigh Posted April 21, 2007 Share Posted April 21, 2007 (edited) my house is owned by my company. i want to own it personally so i can close the co. at some future time. how do i transfer ownership of the house from my company to me and what taxes are involved? and by the way, what document, if any, defines who owns a house? how can you find out who legally owns a house?
