About to go and do my 12 month extension of my O/A visa (parent of a Thai child). This is the third one I have done so none of the initial rigmarole but just wondering if someone can jog my memory re requirements?

I am aware of the three photos together and the usual passport, visa etc as well as copy of my registered legitimacy, his birth certificate I guess.

1) Does anyone know the forms I should download / fill out?

2) Letter from the bank. Usually have a problem here. The bank doesn't have a clue usually and ask me what the letter is for....and when I have asked immigration what the letter should state they just keep saying "need a retter, a retter...you not understand retter? lol. What does the letter from the bank actually have to state? At that time I have 400k plus funds in the bank? Apart from that an updated copy of my passbook from the day before?

Anything else required? Any help much appreciated

Don't forget the child. The local Imm office in my area insist that you produce the child. ????

My IO too lol. He's a bit older now but used to be a nightmare him running around playing up like a second hand lawn mower. Did seem to hurry them along though lol. From memory he was only required the first visit? Not follow up visits
