Bumrungrad International Hospital has denied a report from the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) that two Covid-19 patients sought treatment at the Bangkok-based hospital.

The hospital’s official Facebook page declared on Tuesday (July 14) that the CCAS’s public announcement was misinformed since neither of the infected patients had been treated at Bumrungrad.

The CCSA had previously said that an Egyptian soldier and a 9-year-old Sudanese girl had been taken to the hospital after being infected with Covid-19.

The hospital confirmed that it has strictly followed virus-prevention measures imposed by the Public Health Ministry for the safety of its staff and patients.

Quick! Pass that hot potato! Deny! Deny! Deny!

Start of phase 2 on the horizon with so many denials from different sources and the Egyptian pilot fiasco?

I'd believe Bumrungrad before I'd believe the CCAS. The Sudanese girl may have been 'taken' to Bumrungrad, but that doesn't mean she was treated and implying that the Egyptian who was staying in Rayong would come to Bangkok is just ludicrous.

the Egyptian didn't know his test results before leaving.   however  I'm sure hospitals know to hide any new cases.  the hospital to end the 40 day streak will pay hell
