No they do not want one now. You are not late doing your report.

There will be an announcement next week when they are due after July 31st. Probably 90 days from when your last report was due.

Correct. I did my RET yesterday and they only looked at my "old" 90 day for a second. Nothing said to me. Im about a month late. Should I just do it online to save jamming the computers next week?

No need to do a 90 day report now until after September 26th under the amnesty since has been extended..

I have been told that the 90 day must be done anytime 1-31 August. Is this now the case?

I tried to be cheeky and do it ONLINE (as I always do) this morning, but the website wont let me in (using Chrome...which was OK last time...and Safari). Downloading the App just directs me to buy a Mac.

I was due on 29 June, but they didnt say anything 3 days ago when I did my annual R Ext.

Have they closed the 90-day server or something?

Eddy (thanks again, you are the lifesaver on here!)

I know you shouldn't have to do your 90 day report??? but some still want it. My local one does. I went in the other day and they said 90 day report I said yes. They took my passport, and did it on their comp: no filling out forms like before. Took around 1 Min: total. N/B my local I/O is easy for me to get to, Now at least I won't get and problems. I like to keep things up to date. Ok now till around 10 October.

A far as I know the computer is not very flexible. If you missed the allowed date range you will have to apply at the immigration.

It does not appear to be mandatory. It is just a request that those that skipped their reports do one during the month of August.

I just opened the online site. https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do

If the page did not open it might be due to you are using a VPN or the system is blocking you due to yoru IP address. The system has been reported as blocking those with IP's from some internet service providers.

No idea about those. I am using the same machine and set-up without VPN, as I did in March.

There something not correct if you cannot access the site.

The problems with IP addresses started after March.

I personally avoid weekends and holidays trying to do online 90 day reports, had a few too many unsuccessful attempts and then success when everyone is back at work.

Thanks for the responses.

I can get to the Immigration 1st page, and I can download the manual (which is in Thai, as you know). The problem is that I cannot press accept, I can only decline...with Chrome and Safari. So, I cannot get to the next page which has the 3 -coloured bands asking me what I require (orange, green and yellow I think)--once I am in there it's usually fine.

I really need to avoid the trip because of my bad leg (I think it's reverted to Muang Thani again for 90 day)

Have you scrolled down the terms and conditions and ticked the box for accept.

Ah. As usual you are right, Joe. Even so, they dont make it obvious.

Now it stops at page 2 and a box comes up Telling me to contact IO for any information. Is that normal, meaning I just leave it alone now? I may have confused them as I did it twice.

The message basically means your record could not be found.

It can be an error made when completing page one.

Sometimes it comes up if it cannot access the database it searches. Best to try again after clicking ok that takes you back to the completed page one

Yes Joe, I tried your solution and it returns me to completed P1 except I have to put in a new capcha number....but the same thing just happened 3 times...contact the office. Do you think they have closed the online until Aug 1st?

Eddy

ps I took all of the information from the March email from them, Transaction details, to make sure I have the last flight details etc. I have not changed my PP but I did renew my Ret Ex 5 days ago.

@pauleddy

You have to check the small box first at the side of 'I have read and fully understand the above terms and conditions and agree to accept them' before you can press the 'Accept' button.

I disagree with your synopsis Joe.

It clearly states those who did not submit 90 day reports between Mar 26th to July 31st ( because of the exemption) 'must' be made through Aug 1st - 31st.

The word 'must' isn't a request, it's mandatory.

I was writing about page one of the application not the page you accept the terms and conditions.

After completing the required fields you click submit and get the message. If you click OK on the page it will take you back to that page so you can check that everything is correct and submit it again.

Everything about 90 day reporting in the immigration announcement contradicts the cabinet resolution that extended the ministerial notice. According to it 90 day reporting is still not required after September 26th. That is why I wrote it is a request since it cannot be mandatory.

I agree with that synopsis, which makes the situation all the more confusing.

However, the word 'must' appears mandatory, so I'd advise to submit 90 day reports between August 1st - 31st, to avoid any disputes with your local IO about the disparities.

Immigrations announcement throws in a few caveats, compared to the cabinet resolution.

If on a long stay extensions or visas you have skipped the report I would suggest doing them.

But I have a feeling others may be turned away like some offices have already done.

I skipped mine in April and would of had one due this month. I will be doing my annual extension next month and will be taking a completed TM47 form with me to do it. That would get me caught up and it will not be due again until November.

Agreed.

If you entered VE, TV, VOA or Non O and never subject to 90 day reporting, then no.

I did my extension in June, early for July and given the under consideration stamp until August.

It was approved and given a new extension stamp days before my existing extension expired because they had little else to do. They reset my 90 day when collecting my extension stamp, now October.

Do Ubon Ratchaithani still require a TM47 form?

Most just now only require the Passport when doing in person.

I normally do my extensions about 2 weeks early. I got grumbled at by the officer looking at my income proof (first time doing bank statements and etc) last year for doing it about 13 days early.

They don't change the 90 day report date here when the extension is done anymore. At one time they only did the most recent report to the day the extension was due. One time I had one due and they only did it to the report back date.

You must of done it early enough that they had already gotten the approval back for division 4.

I have always done one but my wife does most of my 90 day reports. A couple of times they have given them back to her.

No problem to do the TM47 form. I have one competed so all I have to do it change the date and print it out.

Extension due 10th July, submitted 2nd June, under consideration until 9th Aug.

They phoned 16th June to say regional had approved already.

Collected stamp next day 17th June - 3 weeks before my existing extension was due. lol.
