jrmaanda
Please can one of the kind experts here tell me what is the simplest option for staying on here after the amnesty ends on 31 July? I have a multiple-entry non-immigrant category O visa, which expires in October, and requires that I exit and return every 90 days, which I should last have done before 14 June (if there had been no amnesty). I have a Thai wife, and I've had over a million baht in my bank account here for at least the last four months, so hopefully proving the necessary funds isn't a problem.
jackdd
The amnesty might be extended, so the easiest option would to just wait. In any case you can apply for a 60 day or one year extension.
Dumbastheycome
Ask at your Immigration Office. I was in exact same situation until last Tuesday when I was given an annual extension .
clorox
don't relied on amnesty anymore, if you can go yearly extension thai wife then do it, only need 400k in bank for 2 month
