RJRS1301
Seems to be lack of separation between state and judiciary? Perhaps a dignified silence until he has the report to speak to?
Popular Post rkidlad
Wait 'til he hears about the leaked video of people removing CCTV from the gambling den where that copper was shot. 6 years ago he promised to reform the police, and today the police and courts, etc, are just as bad as they've always been. 7

Popular Post GinBoy2
I think once you have lived in Thailand long enough, the word 'independent' sort of loses its meaning, and you read it, roll your eyes and mutter 'uh huh'. A little bit more window dressing to try to quiet down the peasants, then back to life as usual

DirtyHarry55
Don't think there's much he can do at the moment poor soul he really needs the police to help with his student protest problems. And if Red Bull guy isn't cleared they'll loose a lot a dosh.

Popular Post bangkokfrog
Didn't Prayut put himself in effective charge of the police some years ago? If so, he should be taking the blame personally for any subsequent mishandling of such a high profile case. 1

Dogmatix
He should be happy with it because he must have given the green light to drop the charges. Prawit’s brothers were involved in getting that done. It is impossible that Prayut didn’t know. He is just unhappy that the public found out and reacted badly to the news. Now engaged in damage limitation without attempting to change the out outcome.
