Marketing Coordinator

Job summary

This position is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our existing partners and sourcing and contacting partner prospects in order to expand our customer base. Target groups are travel related websites and/or any other potential sites that have visitors which might be interested in hotel reservations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain masterlist of existing partners in our database
  • Review websites of existing partners and contact non-active partners to find out if they are having any problems and assist them when required
  • Respond to general enquiries from partners in a timely manner
  • Handle enquiries and provide comprehensive information to walk-in prospects
  • Source and contact potential new partners
  • Source and contact potential partners for link exchange
  • Refer any large scale deals to Partnerships Marketing Manager/Marketing Director
  • Provide comprehensive support to both existing and new partners
  • Maintain strong relations with existing partners through regular feedback via phone and/or e-mail
  • Prepare monthly reports for commission payments, new partners etc.
  • Develop new tools and services to support partners (technical support) in close co-operation with IT department
  • Assist with the development of sales material for our partners such as FAQ’s
  • Help manager in registering our partner program across multiple partner directories, partner web boards and other promotional programs
  • Support with monthly newsletter; Co-ordinate with other departments for hotel promotion and design
  • Support with Pay Per Click campaign
  • Translating from English to Italian and vice versa as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • European (native Italian)
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Knowledge of other European languages is a plus (German, French, Italian or Spanish)
  • Comfortable with Internet technology, specifically website building
  • Requires good MS Office skills
  • Highly organized with good presentation skills
  • Pro-active, self motivated and a team player
