Pattaya urged to tackle anti-social behaviour after motorcyclist attacked with rock

Siam Chon News went to Sai 2 in Pattaya near the end of Soi 13/2 after a rock was thrown at a motorcyclist in the early hours of Wednesday morning. 

 

Around 4 am a man dressed as a woman with a cloth bag was taken into custody by the Pattaya police after hurling a rock. 

 

The individual was incoherent and was unable to give a proper account of his actions.

 

The media went to the area later yesterday and found the beer bars open and no vagrants in the area.

Sukanya, 25, said she did not see the incident but that there was a big problem with homeless people and people up to no good loitering in the area. 

 

She called for increased patrols and for the authorities to clear up the undesirables once and for all.

Desperate people will take desperate measures to survive...pandemic has caused worldwide hunger and shelter problems...

 

I there some kind of decree or loyal army we can call upon to be safe?

Why does a man dress like a woman and then run around at 4 in the morning in this area? I have a suspicion...

Perhaps this one is over-theatrical and does Shakespeare impressions, as well as being banned form the local pub. He's bard.

Give the people work and income and many problems will go away.
