According to reports, Ukrainian drone strikes hit the Kapotnya district refinery in Moscow, a critical facility that supplies almost half of the Russian capital’s daily oil consumption. The operation also targeted another oil installation in Krasnodar in southern Russia. Authorities reportedly moved quickly to impose restrictions at petrol stations following the strike. Payment was accepted only in cash, while purchases for passenger vehicles were capped at 30 litres of fuel. A large number of Russian troops stationed at observation centres and command posts across Russia were reportedly hit during the attack. At the same time, Ukrainian drone units launched strikes against Russian military positions in occupied Donetsk. Targets included a field artillery depot, a major supplies headquarters in the Kremenivka area, and a Russian drone depot in Mariupol.
