My lease is in English, owner is not thai,  do I have to get it translated?

The lease in English will be accepted.

You will need a signed copy of their house book and passport photo page.

A blue house book can be issued for a condo but the foreign owner cannot be registered in it.

I also have a Non O ME marriage visa. I was told by immigration that unless I have had 400,000 Baht in the bank for the last 2 months. I ca not get an extension and I have to leave. 

I have lived in Thailand for 25 years. I am having to leave. I am not sure if I will be back anytime soon.
