True. Surprisingly, it’s real.

It’s called Lady in Blue, by New York artist Tschabalala Self, and it was unveiled on Trafalgar Square’s Fourth Plinth on 10 September 2026. It is officially described as representing a contemporary metropolitan “everywoman.”
