Most people think that yoga is a gentle art of stretching and putting the body into a position of complete relaxation but you may not be aware that Yoga Masters (Yogis - not to be confused with baseball players or bears with a thing for picnics) have developed extreme forms of contortion that require years of practice to achieve. Below are two examples of these great masters of the Art:
