90 Days Report during extension stay consideration

Hi everyone, I have a question about my 90-days report. I am unable to doing it online, the pop-up message said that I need to contact local immigration bureau. actually I am a bit confused about my condition. This is brief explanation about my current status; My Visa is Non-ED visa which expire on 31st august but need to stay beyond amnesty period due to some issue and I get the 30days extension request letter from my Embassy. On 25th aug, I went to CW to extend my stay for 30 days beyond 26th september using embassy letter and paid 1900. They accept it and said that it still under consideration, and I need to go back there at 22nd september (around 1 month consideration). At this point, my Non-ED Visa already withdrawn (they told me at that time), but my visa extension still under consideration until 22nd sept. So I think right now I am living under amnesty only.

 

Based on previous 90-days report receipt, I need to reporting myself again at 10th of september. So I tried to conduct this online just a few minutes ago. However, it is cannot be processed, the pop-up message said that I need to contact local immigration bureau. I told my friend and he told me that I didn't need to do 90 days report because my Visa is withdrawn and I already make an extension altough still under consideration. But, I am affraid about this matter. Do you have any idea about my issue? Do I need to visit MTT immigration for making 90 days report? thank you in advance

The under consideration stamp allows you to stay until your extension is stamped in your passport.

Have you done online 90 day reporting before? You probably should try it again. Sometimes the message you got that means your record could not be found comes upon when the system cannot connect to the database it checks.

Since you have to go back to get your extension stamp it probably would be best to the report or they might make problem for you getting it.

Yes, I've done my online 90 day report previously and approved. I just facing a promblem this time. I've tried for several times. But let me try it again a few days again. 

 

In case I still cannot do it online, I should do it in person. Do you have any idea did the place still in MTT next week? or already back to CW? I am curious since MTT mentioned as "temporary".

Suggest checking immigration website, currently 90 day report in person is at MTT.

That is only for those that skipped their reports. Those that have done all of their reports can still do it online or by mail.

I was referring to the last para question if he had to do an in person report, where he may have to go, at the moment that is MTT but it could change?

Got it. But I think the online system didnt work in mine, and I heard the mail system just accept the application 7 days before the day. My case, today is 7 days already. So, I decided to come in person to MTT on tuesday. wdyt? I have no choice

I had the same problem last time I did mine. The lady at Jomtien immigration office said that I had applied for a one-year extension of stay (which I had) and online 90 day report was not possible while the extension application was being considered. Just last week I did my next 90 day online, and it was processed with no problem.

Hi Tony, Thank you for the reply. In my case, I'll not extend my stay for one year, I just want to extend it for 30 days which already submitted last 25th aug, and unable to process 30 days report. Do you have any idea for this case? The consideration is until 22nd september. Do I need to make a 90 days report after 22nd? but the latest receipt that I got, I must make it at 10th september. What do you think?

Did you try using the app or the website? Imo the website is more stable.

I'm using their website for this, and still unable to do mine. I have no idea about this

If you haven't tried already, try using Chrome or Mozilla. I think they say you have to use IE, but for some reason mine usually only works with Mozilla or Chrome. Good luck.

I've tried both mozilla and chrome. But still unable on doing it online. I think it's not about the system. since I am withdrawn my visa and convert to another one, seems like they want me to come in person. anyway, thankyou for your reply

The are closed on Monday the 7th for a holiday.

Go back a couple of pages on this forum and you will find a lot of info about where it is located.

Tomorrow (7 Sept) is a holiday in Thailand. I'm not sure if the immigration open. I made an appointment on 8th. MTT immigration building is behind Impact Arena and Exhibition Center.
