cyril sneer
Hypothetically speaking... E.g. Say a restaurant spat in your food whilst serving it to you, would you go to jail for leaving a 1-star tripadvisor review?
trucking
The time to ponder this is before giving a review that might be libellous. However, if you are concerned you could see a doctor and have your fingernails removed under anaesthetic Edited September 5, 2020 by trucking
Puchaiyank
The safest way to do such a review of a Thai establishment is AFTER you leave the country.

If there is no doubt and you tell the truth and you have evidence then there shouldn't be a problem. If the food just tastes as if someone spit inside then you should write it that way - without assumptions of things you can't prove.
