Quote Noul was encountering some northeasterly vertical wind shear. That is, outside winds blowing from the northeast and pushing the bulk of clouds and precipitation toward the southwest of the center of circulation. https://blogs.nasa.gov/hurricanes/2020/09/17/noul-northwestern-pacific-ocean-2/

Crossy
TMD weather radar site is very slow. Our 5.8kW solar in Northern BKK (Pathum Thani) is just scraping to 800W output ???? Drizzling at the office in MorChit.
connda
Here's a link to the Thai Weather Department's nationwide composite radar map. Check the time stamp at the bottom and you'll have to convert to Bangkok Time from UTC time. At the top and to the left you can drill down to regional radar in your area.https://weather.tmd.go.th/THA_loop.php
