What documents are required for 1 year extension based on marriage?

Your extension untill date would be same as your passport if validity less than a year

Of course there are.

None...if you are talking needing a letter from your embassy saying your passport is really good. 

 

But as DrJack54 said if your passport has less than one year validity left on it, immigration will only provide the extension till the end of the passport validity.  Example say your passport is good for 8 more months...then your extension will only be good for 8 months.

After 60 days into your 90 days Non-immigrant O you can apply for the 1 year extension.

But that day your 400k must have been in your Thai bank account for a minimum of 2 months.
