I am stuck on a tourist visa but have been given a letter by the British EMbassy to extend it. I went on the immigration website to book an appointment for tomorrow. I haven't received an email to confirm this yet but I notice when I go on the website to rebook, it asks me if that is what I want to do. I looked online and found confirmation of my booking as it has a number but it just tells me counter K 0800-1230. What does this mean? I understand they send you a confirmation e-mail but I haven't received it even though I have a booking number. I tried calling but could not get through, how to proceed here?
