    In Bangkok, they did not ask for that. See under VITALS:

    In the Phuket IO you need to show proof of accommodation and proof that you are registered to the accommodation if it isn't a hotel before they will issue you a ticket to queue.

    Some immigration offices might ask for proof of residence or even a TM30 report.
