In the U.S., a high-end tailor shop can either do or recommend a shop to do this kind of damage to a wool suit.  Anyone know of a place in Bangkok they'd trust to do it?  Thanks.

Almost impossible to repair without visible damage and I doubt anyone in BKK does the repair work. It's not even worth the cost/time unless you are talking about a 4-5k USD+ jacket or suit.

That is why you don't keep unused clothes.
