100-baht-weight gold robbed from gold shop in Bangkok Tesco Lotus store

Police are hunting for a man who stole about a kilogram of gold from a gold shop at Tesco Lotus in Bangkok’s Wang Hin neighbourhood.

 

Around 11.30am, Chok Chai Police Station was tipped off about a man raiding a gold shop in a Tesco Lotus store and robbing gold on Sunday.

 

Police are collecting footage from security cameras and questioning witnesses about the crime.

Would note this is not a normal TescoLotus type facility but a shop mall conversion of an old Japanese supermarket facility - Lotus itself has very heavy business but not sure where that gold shop is - if on front outside area would not be many customers as parking is in the rear.

Long gone to mothers house for a share out.

i was hoping for a pic of what 48oz of gold looked like..... 

this will happen more & more, same with bank robberies, famous in europe / the west before they all because bulletproof glass bunkers
