I try and split my time between HH and Kathmandu, and got stuck on the other side when covid hit. All the folks I keep in touch with have left... as u noted. I'd like to expect everything is going to be ok, but not so sure anymore. Rhona sure has thrown a curve at my retirement plans, and I suspect she has hurt many more lives in my favorite beach town on the planet. Well, at that time I've usually just finished my half-marathon run and am heading for the gym for a two hour workout/swim followed by a hearty vegetarian meal and a chlorophyll smoothie. Maybe some yoga later before bed and get ready for my 5am bike ride. ???? Just kidding. I'm cracking a beer and laying down to eat junk food and watch a few hours on the idiot box.
