Gerry had a windfall and decided to start a 'House of Pleasure' business. However, he wanted it to be the best in the land and he recruited the most beautiful girls in the country.

On the first storey - models, the second storey - secretaries and office girl, and the third storey - teachers.

After a while, he was surprised to see the almost all his customers patronized the girls on the third storey.

He decided to ask one his regular customers. At first the customer refused to say but after more coaxing, he finally revealed the reason.

"You know they are teachers. If you do not do a job properly, they will ask you to do it over and over again!"
